Mastering conflicts safely
This seminar is aimed at young people between the ages of 14-16 and it doesn't matter where you are.
Whether you are a victim, a bully, or an observer, everything has a cause and everything has an effect. With this seminar we want to delve into this topic and give concrete tips on how to deal with these energies. The seminar has a very high physical component and we are allowed to practice a lot together. It's about your strategy for decisions and also about how you can get into your quality faster and react courageously and calmly to an external situation.
Outside:
+ How can I take control of a surprising situation in my favor?
+ What possibilities of de-escalation do I have if a danger arises?
+ How can I become braver and remain calm?
Inside:
+ The inner processes for a decision.
+ How do I define my own values?
+ What channels of perception do I have available (seeing, hearing, etc.)
+ How can I change this perception of others about me?
