The training as a value-oriented systemic coach and consultant (CAS/ISO/ICI), as a prevention educator and as an educator enable me to use my knowledge and experience in a situation-adapted manner for your concerns.
General information:
The value-oriented, systemic coaching helps you to recognize the conscious and unconscious causes of circles of thought and patterns and to explore what is really going on in depth. I support you in changing negative self-evaluations and in stimulating positive development using your own resources.

Procedure of a single session:
In our first meeting, we define together which areas you would like to change in your life. We then work out the following points, among others: ​
Belief and belief system processes
Anxiety, stress and conflict resolution strategies
Strengthening of own resources
Set healthy boundaries
time line work

In the coaching process for children, the focus of the methods is on playing and symbol work with discussion and the development of an individual solution strategy.

Comprehensive coaching: approx. 8 units of 1 - 1.5 hours each
Short-term coaching: approx. 4 units of 1 - 1.5 hours each

Free initial consultation and getting to know each other for 1 hour
1 hour (60 minutes) is €100
For couples and families, 1 hour is €160
For children, young people and students, 1 hour is €80
